Quality you can sign off
Nothing leaves us until the proof has been approved. Colour, foil position, emboss depth, finish — checked against the signed reference every time.
Printing and packaging for the spirits industry — based in Rosyth, delivering across the UK.
Thoughtwell has been printing and packaging for the spirits industry for over 11 years. Founded in Rosyth, we have spent the past decade quietly producing bottle labels, whisky cartons, rigid presentation boxes, wooden cases, and brochure work for distilleries and independent bottlers.
Our roots are in Scottish whisky, but the work today covers Scotch, Irish whiskey, world whisky, tequila, gin, rum, and the literature, tasting kits, and presentation pieces that go alongside them.
You brief us once, you speak to the same person throughout, and you sign off proofs before anything runs. It is a small, experienced team — not a big sales operation. That is the way we have always done it, and it is what most of our clients keep coming back for.

If a board grade or foil choice is going to be a problem, we tell you before the run, not after. Costs, timings, and risks are on the table from day one.
Most of our work is for clients we have printed for over many years. The longer we work together, the faster repeat jobs run.
Over a decade focused on spirits packaging — we know what the bottling line, retailer, and customer expect from a premium pack.
